Although it’s mainly filled with rooftops, ironically it keeps him grounded and makes him appreciate every adventure he “jumps” or “flips” into.

Damien Walters is a British gymnast, stuntman and Parkour practitioner with one of the largest followings on YouTube. Partakes and demonstrates Tumbling Gymnastics Free-running Stunts  in his “Derby City Gymnastics Club”. Really a delight to watch his performance.

Here is a demonstration of a push-up you will need some more time to work on – but watch how the 2 fingers push ups should work.  The demonstrator needs to work on keeping his body straight!
